If you keep your focus on the customer and what you can do to make them happy and give them what they want, your product will simply improve naturally. You’ll never have trouble knowing what direction to go next or what you should do to improve what you offer. You’ll already know! Your customers told you!

Another important way for you to develop this relationship of trust and loyalty is following up with great customer support and a way for your customers to communicate with you and give you feedback.
